Well, this 1-on-1 hour-long session is just for you where I will give you tips and advice on moving/relocating to Japan.
As someone who has upgraded from tourist (visited 3x before) to student (attended a 10-month long Japanese language school) and to working woman (previously full time and now part-time/freelance), I can break down possible options for you to make your way here as well as give you additional words of wisdom on what life is like here from various perspectives (such as a foreigner, and if needed, a woman as well as a black woman) so that you know what you're getting into so that you can be in Japan for a while.

Thinking of moving to Japan (or have plans of moving soon) but you've heard how hard it can be with all the apartment paperwork/procedures and landlords denying foreign residents? It can be tricky when you don't even know where to start or who to talk to.
As someone who is a former Japanese real estate agent and has gone through both the initial apartment hunting process as well as the renewal processes, in this 1-on-1 hour long session, I will tell you what you need to know as far as: a) what to look for in an apartment, b) what typical leasing procedures look like, c) what companies to use when apartment hunting and more.

What You Need To Know About Japan Travel
Thinking of traveling or already have plans to travel to Japan but see and hear so many things about Japan, Japanese people (and their treatment towards foreigners), the in ands out of Japanese society and just wanting some tips from someone who not only been living here but travelled here as well (3 times)? Well this hour-long session is just for you. You can ask me anything my experiences here and I'll answer them to the fullest. Additionally, I'll also give you insider tips that you need to know about operating here in Japan as a traveler.

Meet Up With Me in Japan!
Are you coming on vacation here to either the Tokyo/Yokohama areas and want to meet up/hang out with me? If our schedules align, we can work something out! We can go out to a cafe, restaurant or even do some type of tourist activity. I will also provide you a small token of appreciation.
Price is $100 USD for 3 hours. If you'd like to hang out by the hour, I charge $40 USD.
